Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. Sealed media (CDs and LPs) must remain unopened and in their original shrink-wrap or packaging. Opened or played media can only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
